SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Fulfill the primary role of the Quality Systems Leadership.
2. Fulfill the primary role of Customer Quality Advocate.
3. Plans, prepares, and implements System requirements to the manufacturing operations.
4. Confirms System Compliance / Non Compliance and makes recommendations to remediate.
5. Through the use and application of the Quality System, controls movement of materials and product.
6. Analyzes, scrap, shrinkage and coordinates any appropriate action that could improve the issue.
7. Assists with product changes, engineering projects, graphics changes, supplier changes and systems technologies changes.
8. Coordinate the Assurance Mechanisms by efficient use of direct report personnel.
9. Review employee performance in respect to meeting site goals and objectives.
10. Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned.
